Functions/Events

We would be delighted to discuss your private function arrangements with you. The facilities at Rosemount Estate McLaren Vale Cellar Door include the Barrel Hall and lawn area, ideal for cocktail parties or sit down events for up to 100 guests.

The Barrel Hall offers the versatility for any style of event and is perfect for weddings, corporate lunches/dinners and is the ideal location for cocktail parties.

The addition of mood lighting to enhance the natural features of the space and the table settings really creates the most unforgettable event space.

We work with a number of local caterers to provide you with a variety of flexible catering options. Beverage packages feature the Rosemount Estate range of wines, standard, premium beers and soft drinks are also available to suit your individual requirements.

Gala Dinners

Our facilities enable you to host a Gala dinner on one long table in the centre of the room to recreate banquets of bygone eras.

Wedding Receptions

Imagine holding your wedding reception in McLaren Vale’s oldest winery, a historical site that dates back to 1850. Experience the nostalgia of yesteryear.

Cocktail Parties

A great venue for cocktail parties for up to 120 guests and ideal for the corporate sector. Packages can be tailored to suit your needs.

Rosemount Estate McLaren Vale is less than one hours drive for the centre of Adelaide, perfect for day trips and extended programs that take in additional experiences in the McLaren Vale region.

We are happy to work with you in developing personalised hospitality/tour programs that suit your objectives.

Itinerary options could include collecting your guests from Adelaide city centre, taking in the scenic coastal route, arriving at Rosemount Estate Cellar Door to be welcomed by our warm and hospitable cellar door team, morning tea and pastries will provide sustenance prior to an escorted drive through the various vineyards that provide fruit for the Rosemount Estate wines, including the Flagship “Balmoral Syrah” vineyard.

Returning to cellar door for a one on one tasting with our wine educator, culminating in an al fresco picnic lunch amongst the vines.

Additional options could be to package the above with a local restaurant for a full day experience.
