The signature Rosemount Estate winemaking style complements the savoury flavours typical of this varietal. Typically, sangiovese is a great complement to food with subtle but complex flavours. The palate is vibrant with flavours of liqueur cherries complemented by exotic spices, violets, liquorice and hints of sundried tomatoes. The wine is soft with a sweet fruit palate and a long savoury finish.
