This distinguished single vineyard wine offers an elegant and complex expression of the chardonnay grape variety. Its crisp acidity is reminiscent of apricots and red apples and the wine will accompany a wide selection of foods. Older French oak is used in maturation to allow the full expression of the vineyard's character. The wine will cellar over 10years in bottle.
