Typically comprised of 85% shiraz and 15% cabernet sauvignon, this emerging Australian classic reflects the full potential for greatness of the Mudgee wine region in New South Wales. The savoury characters from nearly two years maturation in new American oak barrels complement the wine’s densely textured fruit and firm tannin backbone. This wine will mature for over 15 years with careful cellaring.
